Driven by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, Singapore Maritime Week gathers the international maritime community for a week of flagship conferences, dialogues, exhibitions and social events in celebration of all things maritime. The range of activities and events organised by MPA, industry stakeholders and research and educational institutions, as well as the cosmopolitan profile of participants, reflect the vibrancy and diversity of Singapore as a global hub port and leading international maritime centre.
Singapore Maritime Week (SMW) 2018 addresses issues on the changing landscape of the maritime ecosystem and innovation, from shipping and port to e-commerce and supply chain management. Today's market landscape also brings the finance and commodity trading sectors closer together for the maritime community to tap on the natural synergies between players. It is hence paramount that we invest in the right human capital to equip the workforce with the necessary skills for tomorrow.
SMW 2018 provides a platform to discuss and debate these topics and other pertinent matters. Do not miss this rare opportunity to hear from industry captains and experts who will shed light on the way forward.
