• Registration fees must be paid in full during the registration process. Failure to do so shall be deemed as incomplete registration.
• Prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and may be subjected to prevailing taxes applicable at time of purchase.
• All published prices and programmes are subject to change without prior notice.
• Strictly no cancellations or refunds will be allowed once passes are purchased.

SMW 2026 is committed to inclusive dialogue. We are pleased to offer an exclusive 50% discount on Full Access Passes to the following groups:

• Academia: Educators and students can enjoy this discount automatically by registering with their official work or student email address. Please click here to view the list of eligible institutions. If your institution is not listed, please email us to verify your eligibility.
• NGOs and IOs: Representatives from Non-Governmental Organisations and International Organisations are invited to write in to us to check on their eligibility for this special rate.

Admission Guidelines:

• All attendees must adhere to the necessary travel requirements as stipulated by the Singapore government's prevailing guidelines.
• Attendees are advised to wear proper business attire (Jacket no tie). Shorts, sleeveless clothing, slippers, and sandals are not permitted on the event premises. Event passes must be always worn on site.
• Wheelchair-friendly amenities such as elevators and restrooms are available at the venue.
• Pets are not allowed within the event premises, except for trained assistance dogs (including guide dogs) accompanying persons with disabilities. Such assistance dogs must remain under the control of their handler at all times.

Sustainability Practices

Multiple water dispenser stations are available throughout Suntec Singapore, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own reusable bottles, as plastic water bottles will not be provided at the event. Attendees are also encouraged to drop off their lanyards to the designated recycling bins located in the Level 4 event halls on their last visit.
